Company of Heroes 2 is a real-time strategy video game developed by Relic Entertainment. As with the original Company of Heroes, the game is set in World War II but with the focus on the Eastern Front, with players primarily controlling the side of the Soviet Red Army during various stages of the Eastern Front, from Operation Barbarossa to the Battle of Berlin.

It took 320 wipes to figure out strategy for the boss as he had several hidden phases that weren't mentioned in the Raid Journal and haven't been datamined before the start of the encounter.

The framing story is set in the 21st century and describes the player as an Abstergo agent.
